RoboMind is an AI and robotics learning app for students in grades 4–12.

We take privacy seriously and collect as little information as possible.

1. WHAT WE STORE ON YOUR DEVICE

The following data is saved locally on your device only and is never

uploaded to our servers:


  • Your selected grade level (4–12)

  • Your topic interests (e.g. Robots, Games, Brain & Biology)

  • Your theme and text-size preferences

  • Bookmarks and which lessons you have completed

  • Your daily learning streak counter

  • A cached copy of today's generated lessons for offline use

2. WHAT WE SEND TO OUR SERVER

When you open the app or tap Regenerate, the following is sent to our

server so we can generate fresh, grade-appropriate content:


  • Your grade level (a number between 4 and 12)

  • Your selected topic interests (the category labels you chose)

  • The lesson title and category when you open a specific lesson


We do NOT send: your name, email address, phone number, location,

contacts, photos, device identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), IP address logs tied

to your identity, or any account information. We do not require you to

create an account.

3. THIRD-PARTY AI PROCESSING

Our server forwards your grade and interests to Groq, Inc. (groq.com),

whose large language model generates the lesson text. Groq processes

the prompt to produce a response and may retain it temporarily for

safety and abuse-prevention purposes, as described in Groq's own

Privacy Policy at https://groq.com/privacy-policy/. We do not share

any other information with any third party.

4. WHAT WE DO NOT DO

  • We do not use advertising networks or behavioural-tracking SDKs.

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade any user data.

  • We do not collect analytics events tied to your device or identity.

  • We do not run A/B tests or profiling.

  • We do not require sign-in or account creation.

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (COPPA / GDPR-K)

─────────────────────────────────────────

RoboMind is designed for students aged 9 and over. We do not knowingly

collect personally identifiable information from any user, including

children. The grade and interest selections used to personalise content

are not personally identifiable on their own.


If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted

personal information to us, please contact us at the address in

Section 8 and we will delete it promptly.

6. YOUR CONTROLS

─────────────────────────────────────────

  • You can change your grade and interests at any time in Settings.

  • Deleting the app removes all locally stored data immediately.

  • On iOS: Settings → General → iPhone Storage → RoboMind → Delete App.

7. SECURITY

─────────────────────────────────────────

All network requests between the app and our servers use HTTPS/TLS.

Data stored on-device uses the platform's standard secure storage.

We do not store any user data on our servers beyond the duration of a

single content-generation request.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we make any material change to this policy, we will update the "Last

updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after

a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
