Easy Read AI ("the App") is developed and operated by Indus Bridge LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application.

Information We Collect

Easy Read AI is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not require account creation, login, or registration of any kind.

Chat Data: All conversations, preferences, and settings are stored locally on your device only. We do not transmit, store, or have access to your chat history on our servers.

Device Identifier: A randomly generated anonymous identifier is created and stored on your device to facilitate communication with our servers. This identifier is not linked to your identity or any personal information.

Query Content: When you send a message, the text of your query (and any attached images) is transmitted to our servers solely to generate a response from the AI model. We do not log, store, or retain the content of your queries after the response is delivered.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party AI model providers (such as OpenAI and Groq) to process your queries and generate responses. Your query text is sent to these providers for processing. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for information on how they handle data.

Data Storage and Security

All user data — including conversation history, app settings, and preferences — is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. We have no ability to access, recover, or view this data. If you delete the App, all locally stored data is permanently removed.

Children's Privacy

Easy Read AI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
